I still can’t get over the fact that after they played S***live at my show, they said Rock and Roll is dead.

But then 2 out of 3 singles for the new album that have come out so far are rock songs.

Such a bromance song which is cool but also sad because this just reminds me of the hiatus they are planning to take.

I'd put Arcade Fire and Foo Fighters there too but their latest material was forgettable at best

Queens of the Stone Age hasn't missed yet but it's been some time since last album

I agree with all of this but Arcade Fire I cant get into.

What albums have you listened to?

My first Arcade Fire album was right when The Suburbs dropped and I have so many memories with that album

Then Reflektor was even better

and Everything Now was big mid and even the lead of AF said this album was not it

For a long time AF has been my #1 band not gonna lie

But things change, people change, bridges burn, you live and learn

It’s too shy or whatever, birthday party is the next single and they haven’t played it and we haven’t heard it yet

It just wasn’t done and they overbooked show wise in the period they had to work on it. They couldn’t turn it in on time for vinyls to be ready by the feb release date. And they moved EU shows to October from March so they have time to do promo and all that.

My top bands as of now are probably the 1975, Vampire Weekend, Arctic Monkeys, The National and Radiohead

That’s so confusing, apparently on the tweet you link they titled the video Birthday Party but the weren’t referencing the song but the shirt he’s wearing which I can’t even read what it says 🙃

Cool for a new song but I need the two songs they actually played lived in a studio format already!
