    80s was a great decade for r&b and had a lot of ground breaking hip hop. I can see if you only listen to rap or pop music thinking it’s lacking though.

    Also all those albums went at least gold/platinum at the minimum I believe. So it’s not like I listed a bunch of irrelevant dusty dudes who had no impact
