I would argue he does, considering his Utopia placement and the fact that Drake has reached out for beats.

It’s a matter of whether what he does with the artist is a fit, and for most mainstream artists, an Alchemist production would stick out like a sore thumb on an album, or the rapper wouldn’t know what to do with it, respectfully.

After Middle of the Ocean I really want to hear Drake do a stream of consciousness type track over an Alc song with 27 beat changes

Since Al discog largely dealing with Indy and Underground artists, even if a Drake, Wayne, Ross, Nipsey reach out, that won't guarantee the song will make the album.

For projects I think all of Al's collaborators have a certain look and feel
