I stopped caring about case numbers

I think it's because the Australian government formed their COVID policy around a Zero-COVID solution which was very shortsighted and never going to happen, so now naturally the average aus citizen is going to freak out about case numbers when they were told they should expect this to end with ZERO.

seems like nsw is sticking to 80% and opening up plan

remember when lockdown was fresh and everyone was singing off there balconies, performing in zoom calls and 'get through this together' and stuff ... dat s*** was like 12 months ago...

Pushed forward my 2nd vac by 3 weeks (was originally 8 week wait) by finding a clinic fully vaxxed by the end of the month

1st lockdown in March 2020 was tolerable it was more shocking than anything and most found it a sort of quaint lifestyle change and dare i say a novelty
