the business only has to take reasonable precautions i.e. if you show them a faked certificate it isnt on them to go over with a forgery kit

naur when you go to link it to the app thru medicare it only gives the option of the vic app and not service nsw

basically like your rsa (responsible service of alcohol) varies state to state

for example in nsw if you can demonstrate that on every level someone’s id was checked, even if they used a fake id and were somehow busted the business and employee won’t be fined
