when I played in the backs it was usually with my cousin and he idolised ma'a nonu and manu tuilagi so he was the linebreaker while I would try to help facilitate. always liked the mauger/mcalister/conrad smith types when I used to watch the ABs religiously

our flyhalf was the son of the coach and he was so s*** started playing flanker later on as my stamina was s***ty for a back but I've made strides there so hope the coach will give me a shot. the levels down in melb is pretty avg compared to sydney so I should be fine hopefully

playing in the loose forwards is fun as because you just run around and impact the play all day

standing on the wing is boring as s*** at a low level because the whole game is just forward hit ups

i've got a good kicking game so wouldn't mind a run at fullback but defensively i'm so lost playing out of the line

i dont really care that much as long as i can kick off the tee

playing with a bad flyhalf sucks you should slot in

They didnt send texts or anything on how to set it up and their working hours are super limited in terms of getting it approved so ur pass works. Guy said he was vaxxed so i was like yea sure and its not like im an employee

true but watching the team play, the second we get place vs some quality opposition the boys will struggle. counter attacks always looks slow and indecisive which will pretty much be our only hope for scoring against a good team

yea it wasn’t a great result, but Japan are a very good team going through a rough patch and while it wasn’t a great performance theres at least something to work with based on a few of the opportunities we created on the counter, it definitely would’ve helped if the starting XI was different but some players needed a rest so it is what it is

just have to keep focused and we can defo go through to the World Cup directly if we just keep playing like we have been playing so far in this round of qualifying, beating Saudis in Sydney next month would be huge for that

yeah i think we will qualify, but I wanna see something to get excited about when moving the ball forward. Azarni is the only player we got who can really provide that spark, though his passing has been rough.
