depends on what you're after, im a rural boy and i don't mind it, its pretty chill. (although im probably gonna move to the city soon cos my line of work is pretty dry here rn). Bigger rural towns id say are pretty liveable and a good balance, especially if they got a train line direct to the city. In a smaller town, you def want to find a way to get into the community or play football/cricket or you will be left bored.
