honestly good thing they flew sunday, there were minimum 2hr delays on monday for flights back to sydney 😒

plan to rent it out for 12-18 months before moving down, depends how work responds to it. don’t expect much in the way of capital appreciation

Prices are way more reasonable than Sydney it’s pretty incredible really

Saw 100 gecs at northcote theatre. S*** venue considering how they recently renovated. Overpacked, terrible air conditioning (they just had like a few fujitsus on the walls, need some massive fans), and the sound treatment was terrible. The sound guys did their job pretty well, but they need to do something about the halls resonance.

Sucks because theres a lot of great international acts playing there
