Nah not really didn't really learn much about aboriginees in school besides in history and english class about the first fleet & stolen generations

I know more about the american war of independence than i do about australian history

Yeah i guess so curriculums probably changed since i went to school though idk

We are deliberately taught very little about it in school, there was a real attempt to completely eradicate all aboriginals not that long ago, I think its very much a thing that the powers that be would rather bury their heads in the sand about it than properly acknowledge it.

Look at how much more integration and respect there is towards Maori culture in NZ compared to Indigenous culture here, its crazy
