no one else tried to do some trippy doowop and harmonies s*** like that with weird effects and synths, put to melodies only brian could come up with

everyone else was either doing generic prog or blues

dont know any but the uniqueness alone doesnt grab me in that much

ive only heard the fairy tale thing a few times so it still may very well grow on me of course (which happens a lot with "different" music)
