How was he a d***head? He literally told her:
1\. Not to put the item on the menu and she did
2\. The restaurant was not ready for to-go orders and she did it anyway
How would you react if your employees did s\*\*\* behind your back for the second time? Brush it off?
And then you got this homeless nigga baking whatever the f\*\*\* he wants to on the clock. Don't know about you, but I would scream and fire niggas. These niggas caused damage and have the audacity to quit afterwards?
I mean the critic ended up loving the dish, didn't he? That's if I'm remembering correctly
The way I see it, Carm and Sydney share a deep passion for food in general. That's why they need each other and they know it. I don't see her actions as stubbornness but more like passion-driven. They both have ego issues but they wouldn't be great without it.

Great finale
Was uneasy as hell the whole time after Carmen got locked in the walk in because I thought he was going to destroy everything in there or kill himself

Heard them comparing this to FNL on The Watch podcast, and it checks out why I love this show so much. FNL is my fav show along with BCS oat
claire was the only downside. season 2 gets an A from me. improved upon so much from the first. love that this season centered the focus on opening the restaurant and each individual character journey.
