Another thing people tend to overlook about Meet the Grahams...

If anyone asked Drake which moment hit him the hardest, he'd likely point to the first three verses of Meet the Grahams.

Even if the last verse isn't true, what Kendrick said in the first three must've cut deep.

Kendrick spat some seriously sick, diabolical stuff. Drake won't ever forget that especially the first verse where Kendrick addressed Adonis.

S*** caught me all the way off guard but I was happy as fck.

Im with you he was def outclassed, but saying drake doesn't know how to battle is a stretch. that's easy to say right now, but he has proven he knows how to engage. I just think he didn't expect kendrick to be this sharp because it's first time in this realm of putting full diss songs out.

I would kill for a short biopic based on what had occurred during this weekend. or a well-researched book in the future with how this impacted both of their careers. preferably if its not affected by either party's interest

Ima be honest with you, he can save face.

the problem is it's gonna require him to let go of his ego which I don't see happening.

ego is always the number one thing that eliminates powerful people. they get too big, think they can't fail, never correct or make amends when things start to go south, they get plotted on by people they've wronged, and boom,
