played like 10 games with Az and couldn’t beat The Womb, unlocked Samson and beat The Womb first try to be fair i had amazing items that run

samson gains damage as he takes damage, that’s how i got my first hard stamp

samson a really good character honestly, could get a bad run and still do decently, but i dont play him often

Game finally clicked for me. Played it back when Rebirth first came out and was not feeling it AT ALL.

Almost 7 years later, roguelikes are now my favorite genre and I can't get enough of this game, I can see why people put hundreds of hours into this s*** lmao.
