My wife and I are the same, but just even s*** to do as a couple/family I feel like Sac is just a boring place. Like there’s so many amazing beaches/nature areas/attractions/museums/entertainment in the other areas you listed. Obvi the food is tons better in the others too. Sac also just from an aesthetic point looks a bit trashier from my perspective too lol

It's a great program that not many people know about. You learn at your own pace and have access to resources, instructors and counselors all for free. Also undocumented people are also eligible too! Tap in before the state gets rid of this program.

I got a job offer in Thousand Oaks. Now I know TO is not cheap so I was wondering if KTT fam can recommend me more affordable neighborhood towns than some masterplan community. I figured I could commute from the East or the West. I am seriously considering Oxnard because the last time I was there it was more than alright. I am also looking at Woodland Hills area but the last time I was there, the traffic was horrible. I don't mind being far away from LA/TO as long as my commute isn't a nightmare. I will probably drive over there for the weekend just to get a feel of where everything is and what I like the most.

How is the Bakersfield area? And where are the niggas in the rural type areas located?

Woodland hills gets extremely hot during the summer (hottest area in LA) so just for that alone I wouldn't recommend.

You should just go for Oxnard or somewhere in Ventura County. Avoid simi valley.
