i dont live there but every time ive been there, its homeless people central.
Rest of the city feels like any other city. Downtown is nice. But around the city it isnt. Tho theyre are some rich people houses in the rich part of the city
Can't believe we almost in summer. Back in the heat again
this weather this past two months have been amazing

People are gonna take it for granted but it really has been special. Coming up on 9 years living here and there's been nothing like it.

I used to not like rainy weather but now that I'm older I prefer a lot more than summer
San Fran, Sacramento, LA, San Diego
Moving next year. My wife makes more money in NorCal but SoCal isn’t too far off (maybe 20-30k difference)
San Fran: expensive, high salary, homeless
Sacramento: cheaper, still a high salary, homeless
San Diego: expensive, good salary, ??? Idk much about it but people recommend it
LA: cheaper (than San Diego), Good salary, homeless, more restaurants and s***

I would personally switch OC with Sac, I found Sac to be pretty boring when I visited tbh
Then from there I feel like you gotta just visit the 4 and see which you vibe with better. I will say Bay Area is mind bogglingly expensive. Like all of Cali is, but especially Bay Area. So I wouldn’t go with there unless you’re loadeddddd, or don’t mind living in a super small space for the rest of your life
Anyone else feel like this summer is gonna set insane records for heat?
I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop after all this rain/cold weather

Boring in what sense? I’m married and going to be starting a family so I don’t really need much to keep me occupied
Most my wife and I do weekly is eat out. Concerts, live sports. Then several trips/vacations a year
That’s why I was kinda considering LA and San Fran just for more dining options. But I don’t need a bustling night life or anything like that really
