    thanks for doing this pancakes

not too surprised with where LR landed tbh - i feel like amongst stans LR is typically the favorite out of the college trilogy

I'm honestly more surprised where 808s & heartbreaks ended up. While I think we can all recognize how much of an impact that album has had on hip-hop - that album was really disliked when it first released and for me personally its one of the albums i go back to the least (you really need to be in a certain mood to listen to it).

Being in the 25-31 group - I feel like a lot of us our age really grew up with Kanye since the beginning of his career and that may be why we're so critical of him (also makes me feel old as hell).

All in all really cool to see the stats from the site and good work!

Why do people lie? 7.8% of under 24 years old started listening to Kanye when they were at most 10 years old?

    "Come on man!"

Dope, swap LR with 808s and that’s literally my top 3 MBDTF > Yeezus > 808s and I’d probably put LR in at 4th as well so :word: i myself am an old ass as I’m 27 and I’ve listened to him since the freshman adjustments and his work with Jay in the beginning and I love the earlier stuff but I think Ye’s sound has revolved through the past near 2 decades and just got better; at least in my opinion. The 808s - MBDTF - WTT even some of Cruel Summer and Yeezus is peak Ye for me. No artist has a run like that.

I agree with you on this as an old ass myself but I have to say I love 808s and I get what you mean about having to be in a certain mood because of the vibe the album has but I personally can listen to it all the time.

I mean, the first CD I ever bought was Graduation, and I was like 8 years old. I do live in Chicago though, and Ye was massive during that time period here.

It's a little iffy how many folks there are in that range, but I don't think it's completely out of the question.

Yes, sure, but Kanye was super famous in Graduation. Before 2004 he didn't even have an album. I would believe some cases are true, but 8% never

    thanks fam!!

yeah i agree with you on 808s. i think alot people are voting in hindsight, taking in consideration its influence, could be wrong though! i personally though CD would score top 3.
i still remember when that album came out, time flies

  • I'd have TLOP at 3 right behind Yeezus, Id have 808s at 7th. Everything else on list I agree with just personal preference though. Love 808s just don't vibe with it as much like my favorite song on that album is Amazing also a top 5 kanye song for me.

  • Nov 5, 2020

    I think I voted like every album a 5 or 4. Might’ve given grad a 3.

  • Nov 5, 2020

    TLOP, MBDTF, TCD. top 3

  • Apr 9, 2021

  • Apr 9, 2021

OP still deserves more credit for this

Y'all really mess with Yeezus though, I knew this section loved it but I didn't know it was held in that high regard

  • Apr 9, 2021

    CD too low

  • Apr 9, 2021

the thing is everyone is a classic besides the last two.

  • Apr 9, 2021
