Don't remember where I heard this but someone said that black Americans are descendants of the slaves that got sold to the Europeans and black Africans are descendants of the slave owners/nobles/royalty that sold them other niggas to the Europeans so african Americans are just mad they got sold

I remember the “African booty scratcher” type jokes kids used to say back then. I know there’s still a lot of ignorance about our people but I am glad to see more of us waking up to the beauty of Africa more recently.
