The remix for yeezy season 5 is unfuckingreal
Just because Kanye was hugging his nuts in 2012 doesn't make him relevant or a legend
He has no success outside of the US
Man what lol. When has R&B as a whole ever been that popular outside the US and why does it matter that it’s primarily a US genre? The Dream is a certified legend by every metric if you follow R&B
Dunno why we should be using what non R&B listeners think of an R&B artist as a meaningful standard lol there’s really some music topics foreigners need to just be quiet on

some of you niggas are so out of touch it aint even funny
the transition from Fast Car into this s*** is f***in incredible
dream is goated

One of my favorite moments in music hands down
the transition from Fast Car into this s*** is f***in incredible
dream is goated
He has a lot of great transitions, he’s the master at that
Listening to Love King right now, such a good project
In my top 5 r&b albums ever
This was my s*** back in 06
This the type of music he make
These lightskin vs dark-skin jokes were barely hitting before puberty...
Most of these niggas in here never heard The Weeknd’s songs before he released HoB. Nigga was literally trying to be Dream 2.0
!https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pbiOlw0TJgs&list=PL-naZ0Qp6drdPU225iHjAentXyRb-zWI5&index=1his noise unreleased tracks is easily the worst body of work he has out. he took a better route
Did anyone here listen to the last couple Dream albums?
Crazy how this was ignored btw
People keep bringing up the late 00s and early 10s for Dream, but has he done anything since then? Critics forgot him (he was critic darling back then). Fans forgot him. He doesn't get radio play anymore. Barely any features in the latter half of the 10s, then he was overtaken by all the recent r&b cats. Weeknd foremost took his shine. It's a fact, and I love the Love trilogy, revolutionary for r&B
Came ITT to post this
Y’all niggas better cool it
Before I tell y’all mama
In all seriousness Dream has written catchy stuff but I’ve never thought much of his vocals
I definitely like The Weeknd’s music more than Dream’s own music
Yeah the dream is one of the greatest writers but his vocals not all there
Was never really all that impressed with him or his son Jeremiah vocally but they craft great songs and both got classics
