MrKiDYeah, but at the same time, this is what Festivals are there as well for. To me, being apart of a festival is more prestigious than award shows.
There’s a huge difference in festivals and tv though. Artists perform for the crowd in festivals and the set ups are usually a lot more straight forward
Like Kendrick performances on tv are vastly different from his festival shows. You can just be a lot more creative on tv

Even though the Grammys are flawed af, just getting rid of it completely would only be a detriment to music, especially when you consider the impact of the award to much smaller musicians

I mean in terms of aligning with liberal white critics, sure they do. But f*** white liberals and f*** these critic bait movies they are praising. The oscars are far more damaging than the Grammys because the oscars actually play a big role in creatively f***ing over the filmmaking process
