This just some sad s***.

Stepping over your friends like this.

Joe owe Rory and Mal a lot for doing the pod with him, it becoming successful and him becoming a "media personality". They helped him as a favor to begin with. Rory cut work to go to the pod back when it was just him and Marisa. Same with Mal. Once Joe kicked Marisa. Mal just started showing up too. As a friend helping out. Sort of what Ice doing now.

He has also, because of the pod, been able to regain contact with people that were not looking his way at all as an artist. People in power that he has now been able to build relationships with. I been getting the feeling he is more buddy-buddy with those people now than his "real friends".

He has gotten to a position he always wanted to be in with power and become a voice people has listened to. A "leader" and a "boss" of his own thing. Someone that the industry had to let in again. Someone with status.

I dont think he is smart or good enough to maintain it though. He keep creating problems out of stubbornness and foolishness.

I feel like he been taking the others for granted. Or thought his own contribution and "genius" is too grand.

I think it is on him to repair the damage done here. I dont think he will though. He is feeling himself too much these days. He is his own worst enemy.

We dont know what has really been said or done behind the scenes. If it is capable of being reconciled or not.

I think the silence is deafening though from Rory so far. If Mal got pissed at Joe and Joe showing some lack of respect over ego, than thats bad. Depending of whats been said and done that could be the end of a friendship.

Joe airing the pods dirty laundry, I wouldnt call transparent. If he had respect he would have made it short, with them missing another episode, and just done the pod with Ice and Savon again. Try to fix it behind the scenes and resolve the issues. Or then take time to talk about it, after at least doing that.

Not stay on a high horse and put the blame on them like I feel he does here. Thats not leadership or taking accountability.

Just a stream of thoughts on the situation.

Dude is probably the most sensitive person there is. Calling other people emotional and sensitive is just so backwards.

He is entertaining and great when he doesnt get in his own way, so its sad it has to go this way most of the times. Ruining good things.
