Bruh I don’t care how long anyone listens to a Podcast for. You don’t truly know Rory, Mal or Joe.

They might never reconcile or they could be back on the podcast within a month, you never know with actual friends, it’s just way more nuanced than that to paint this thing as a black or white situation

is it manipulation or is it inevitably what happens when you bring friendships into workplace environments??

especially with somebody like joe being at the helm, you gotta know he willing to cast a whole ass friendship aside over business s***, that's the risk you take when you work with somebody like that even as friends. I seen almost the exact same s*** happen with David choe on DVDASA podcast, when you let friends work for you s*** always goes left

I think he can be both sensitive and insensitive at the same time, now that we talking about it.

Sensitive to being questioned and challenged. Receiving criticism from others.

Insensitive to other people thoughts and feelings.

Can you refute his emotional, I'm always right, arguments exhibited from the Joe Budden TV yt series to everyday struggle to the JBP podcast?

I'm not even gonna go in the accusations from exes and past co-workers.

I don’t think people realize how hard it is to do business with your friends lol, especially when there’s a hierarchy.

The fact that they’ve been doing this for 5+ years is nuts as it is for a nigga like Joe.

Joe Budden is a big part of why I listen to podcasts so frequently,

i want to see him back with Rory and Mal in a good situation because that's the content I enjoy best when they're all laughing together and have a good dynamic

It's been times I thought Mal, Rory, Joe, or Parks all have had bad takes I disagreed with heavily,

It's not dumb to call it out, thats the point of them discussing is to spark more thoughts and discussion,

They all are capable of being wrong in any given situation they're human,

I'm sure each of them has things they could have done better but at the same time Joe is a certain type of person and sometimes that can bring negatives

He has admitted to them. He has said on the pod a multiple times he has ego, narcissist, hypocritical etc.

I think it is bad when you know about you flaws them and still behave that way that he does sometimes. Especially to people that care about you. Friends to you. Loved ones.

It is very detrimental.

This a dude that been a lot about mental health and therapy and so on. But dont feel like it has helped.

More that he feel like he can manipulate people even more.

I get it Joe has flaws, Mood Muzik was all about that.

He's flawed, we all are.

But yall use that to spin narratives to where he looks absolutely nuts and it's almost never the actual case.

I can't think of good replacements because I don't want there to have to be replacements,

the four of parks mal rory and joe is the best iteration of the podcast, when they're at their best, they're great. but life happens.

I think it has helped, but he still needs more work.

He just had a long long way to go and still does, as do I.

But yeah maybe it's a tony soprano type of situation where he's using that s*** to get to his own ends further

Joe sort of created the hierarchy. Naming the pod after him, for branding, and taking the "a mic". Which was a smart move then. I feel like he completely over rules the others in major decisions and so on behind the scenes. Having relationship with people in power and so on.

Wanting to become someone in the industry that had "treated him bad". I feel like it has almost been or become a revenge mission in that sense, that he has lost touch with what he is doing I feel.

The fun has slowly been sucked out of it I feel like. It purely business now.
