Prbz1.They were all friends (Joe. Mal. Rory.) And because of that dynamic it is not even remotely the same.
2. Labels and artists have done worse for marketing ploys and came out fine. And even when the artist fails, the label can still prevail by writing it off for tax purposes. In fact... They do s*** like that on purpose routinely. And again, Joe was still cordial with Rory even with the ongoing s***.
Like i said rory isn't comparable to an artist because he doesn't make his own product

I used to listen a lot years ago, then only started back around the time all this Rory / Mal stuff popped up. did Joe say any and everyone deserves equity? or you just deserve equity if you are irreplaceable? for Everyday Struggle, Complex was getting ad revenue that they wouldn't have gotten without him
