And did you catch how ellie couldn’t play guitar at the end symbolises the fact that after all her revenge, anger, not being able to rest, she’s lost her ability to play guitar -> what Joel taught her, something she does to remember and feel close to Joel. She can’t even do that anymore

yeah I was so prepared for it but letting my feelings aside, I get why it played out that way. Lev would’ve been left alone to die and Ellie not really like that the story is well done tbh even if I’m upset cause idk when’s the last time a game moved me the way this one did. Great experience.
