What got me replying this thread is the claim that a camera alone can make a show look good or not. I would say any professional camera today can achieve a good look or a bad look depending if its footage is manipulated correctly or not.

I think the pre apocalyptic scenes have film colors but they went with a very bold choice of not emulating film directly in the post apocalyptic part.

If you ask me I would say they are making art by constructing this world. And color grading is a tool on their arsenal. This will be a good example when people ask me what color grading is.

There were some pretty decent shots imo but it wasn’t like Chernobyl level. I think it’s fine so far. Some shots in the trailer looked fire too.
