I am so excited to see the reception of Part II happen again this time in a TV format

If this show hits and THAT isn't received well then the reception is going to be like what it was in 2020 but like 10 times worse

The internet already convinced itself ellie is the worst casting of all time so its already over before it starts

I think it will hit differently 1\. The game players will know he going to die and how early 2\. Playing as a character for 20 hours versus watching them for 12 will make death hit differently

One of the best gaming stories and seems easy to adapt and hard to f*** it up. Hbo budget. And execs seem to be pushing this as their next flagship franchise

Iconic game. Will hopefully be great as a show also. Lot of people’s favorite PlayStation game ever.
