Need Joel to run out of ammo and hit a raider with a book
Best Bourne move
Show isn't about realism. Thought you would overall like it if you liked the other few. If applied realism lens to them breaking out lol her bullets would have connected with infected and slowed it down with how close she was, but its a tv show so you got to let s*** slide
I can suspend disbelief but when it's something like that which just seems like poor writing, then it sticks out. My gripe was more "why is the character doing this" not something like "why not just throw the garlic at the vampire" type thing
good episode lmao but i feel similar to the other user in here. everytime riley moved around it was like she was tryna be as loud as possible lmao

Well she had been staying in the mall for a lil while so I think she was under the assumption there were no infected anywhere in there
I mean she had already turned on all the lights and broken in to the coin machine before she even brought Ellie there, she prolly figured that if any infected were in there they would’ve came running to her already days ago

you right, just personally not how i would ever move in an ongoing apocolypse unless i was somewhere like tommys camp.

SHE HAS CARRIED THIS SHOW AND I WANT MANY OF YOU TO RECOGNIZE THAT TRUTH
Yeah I actually thought we would get more cold opens after this one because it was so good lol
The word tension should be banned from this thread
Cold opens had more tension than the episode 5 sniping scene.

O yea it was definitely reckless af for sure. But teens who grew up closed up in the QZ probably wouldn’t know how to act if they finally get to let loose in a place that they feel is safe
joel and ellie gotta say f*** the cure man. hightail it back to tommy's place and just post there for the remainder of life. much better gig than whatever the f*** their current plan is

i dont have a playstation and doubt ill cop in meantime. BUT, i think ill watch a season one playthrough when this season concludes and maybe carry it into watching a season 2 playthrough. would love to see the differences between the two forms of the IP.

I get you it’s always interesting to hear what is out of character or immersion breaking for others . Like how we suspend disbelief
