From someone who never played the game the pacing felt off on this. Felt like alot of stuff that didn't matter in the end got way too much time and focus especially that laughable attempt at a villain turn by that chick from 2 and a half men. And stand alone episodes for stuff that probably shoulda been cold opens at best while you don't get nearly as much of the actual developing of the relationship between the main characters that needs to be buyable for what Joel does at the end

Speaking of that was rushed af we give full episodes to ellies first/last date but Joel destroying an entire military complex gets a 2 minute montage
