Black wealth is more powerful than racism in the US right now. Probably. From a business perspective.

but that’s not capitalism’s fault.......

a strong capitalistic economy does not (and cannot) exclude any participants. it literally goes against the entire concept of capitalism

yeah people have somehow turned equality into meaning “morally correct” true equality is not good nor should it ever be the goal; at least economically speaking. would you rather 10 people all have $5 or would you rather one have $200, one have $150, one have $90, and the remaining 7 have somewhere from $15-45?

should everybody be dirt poor together or should there be one end of the spectrum where there are people with excess wealth and the other end of the spectrum where there are people with just enough to get by?

The market dictates everything within a free market. If the market is racist then you are living in a racist system. If the market decides that black people working is bad for business then the system becomes racist. We literally see this within capitalism all the time. This is why video game covers are always filled with white men. It is a form of racism created by the market because less people will buy the game if it had anything but a white man on it.
