I watched a little bit of season 1, but couldn't really get into it. I love Lost and Watchmen though, so ill probably give it another try soon

Be patient with it and you'll get rewarded. I like the pilot and episode 3 with Matt taking center stage is pretty great, but the show hits its stride with episode 6 and never stops being great after that.

Nora is my favorite character and her scene with Wayne in episode 6 is one of my favorite television moments ever. Masterful writing and acting.

Leftovers runs laps around those shows and it’s not even particularly close my g

Lost is incredible but Lindelof really takes the shortcomings of that show and perfects them in The Leftovers.

The Leftovers is so good, man. In some weird pretentiously gatekeeping way, I’m happy at how it’s kind of flies under the radar, outside of those who actually know Television.
