iaetf tour best concert ive seen

they played 2 sets at the festival i went to and played boxer in full the time i went to see them before that . iaetf set 1 was top 5 performances for me.

Their worst album since before Alligator but Quiet Light, Oblivions, Rylan, and Light Years got me like

Hope their next album is a bit more structured and doesn't have the female vocals on every song

How you feeling about Where Is Her Head? Probably one of my favorite songs from them.

But yeah, it's a shame the tracklist for this one got kinda bogged down by So Far So Fast and Dust Swirls (especially right next to each other). I think they had some great ideas for this album. If they shortened it down to

i liked it, but never found myself returning to it, way too long imo but i liked how they worked with different female singers on there this time

but yea not one weak album

boxer, alligator, high violet all classics

had some HIGH highs for me but was just way too long for me too. Rylan, light years and quiet light are so great

quiet light is amazing, also love light years as a closer

its not a bad album by any means but def the weakest they put out last decade

I really liked it, but it would definitely benefit from cutting a few tracks. Quiet Light, Light Years, Rylan and Oblivions up there with their best. Didn't care for You Had Your Soul With You when they released it but that really grew on me too. And yeah, the female singer dynamic is really cool.

High Violet top 5 of the decade for me. Might buy tickets to see them perform it in full in June (already seen them perform Boxer in full & a fan chosen setlist )
