Sure Chapelle was obviously just trying really hard to be edgy given it was his last Netflix special. It was also pretty funny and doesn’t deserve to be taken down. Imagine working for a company that produces entertainment and being mad because it didn’t entertain the way you prefer!

they weren't fired for anything related to dave chappelle, they were fired for leaking confidential data in what was essentially corporate espionage and missing meetings (unrelated to the walkout, as it was before this occurred), it initially wasn't reported correctly and then it was only added later

that said i genuinely do not care about the "stability" of netflix, for all i hope this puts netflix out of business that way no one's satisfied, it would be a net positive
