the entire show is so opulent and well made, it’s paced perfectly and is entertaining as hell. it’s up there with the elite HBO limited series so far, and I don’t see the momentum slowing.

this show was marketed so poorly, the posters for it looking like a cheap SyFy show, when it’s really an expensive looking/feeling HBO feeling show. it’s super explicit which is surprising for a cable show. like there’s gore and language of course, but within the first 20 minutes we already have a situation where a prostitute got surprise a*** and s*** on a guy’s d***.

there’s only 2 episodes so far but this is must watch tv

Just seen the advertisement for this on my tv the the day. The poster made it look like some Vampire Diaries type s***

it’s an AMC limited series. it got like no marketing and what marketing it did have was terrible. but the quality of everything is definitely top tier HBO level, not exaggerating. I really wish they would’ve picked this up instead so it gets some shine. the first episode is really gripping and pulls you in. definitely watch this s*** bruh. it feels like something special forreal

Vampires have always felt really goofy to me, and What We Do in the Shadows definitely didn’t help with that (for me). But this show makes the whole vampire thing really work and not feel silly (kinda like what Doctor Sleep and Midnight Mass did for vampires)

This is like an HBO style adaptation of the novel. It’s kinda like the movie but is just flat out better in every way. I’m 99.9% sure you’re gonna love it. Seriously people are missing out on one of the best shows of the year. This s*** is next level man

I’m so disappointed that this show is getting absolutely no attention. It’s even better than House of the Dragon so far. Idk if it’ll beat The Boys S3 for my favorite show of the year (I watched it like 4 times already lol), but it’s getting close.

This s*** is just so engrossing and well told. The way they tease little mysteries of the vampire world is really addictive. Like wtf is the blood farm. I haven’t watched ep 3 yet because I go over to my mom’s house and watch them with her as they air. I don’t wanna get any spoilers yet, it’s only on ep 2 on tv for some reason. I wanna have the same viewing experience as her, you feel me?

With all the opulence and entertainment of the long flashbacks, my favorite part so far might be the modern day interview scenes. They’re just so f***ing good. They’re turbo-acting in those scenes

What We Do In The Shadows made vampires really lame for me (in a good way), but this has made them cool again lmao

This s*** has godly writing. I checked the credits and found out it was being showrunned by someone who wrote arguably some of the best episodes of television ever. This s*** is in good hands.
