another brilliant episode
The actress who plays Claudia also deserves all the awards. Damn was she so innocent but horrifying at the same time. It was awesome they gave her a Deadite look with her huge eyes
what is this about?
A journalist interviewed a supposed vampire in the 70’s, interview went awry and they parted ways. In modern day Dubai, the Vampire invites him back to conduct a real interview since the journalist is dying. The vampire tells his life story and how he became a vampire, all the luxury and terrible s*** that happens, his romantic relationship with the vampire who turned him, with the story jumping from the modern day interview to flashbacks. The modern day scenes meditate on the morality and philosophy of a vampire’s life. The vampire speaks very poetically and the journalist is harsh and cuts through his bullshit. Lots of the flashbacks are told through unreliable narration and the journalist has to prod the truth out of him. The flashbacks are set in 1900’s New Orleans.
It’s absolutely incredible and every episode has literally been 10/10. It was made by a lot of the most talented people on the crew from Game of Thrones and has that same expensive look and addictive story feel as early GoT seasons, along with some seriously astonishing acting
Told my mom to watch this since she loves her some vampires, she was like s*** slow, now she hooked lol

ok nice will look into it
Finale just dropped. The bar is high. Nothing’s coming close.
How many episodes in total
Oh he turned him. That’s one helluva way to become a Vampire
Them boys is floating in the air naked, bros d*** rubbing his butt cheeks
Do niggas still tap dance? I remember growing up, it felt like every predominantly black tv show had at least 1 episode devoted to niggas tap dancing
Even in my grammar school days my music class had tap dancing as part of the curriculum
Season 1 was good, very well made.
But I’m looking forward to it expanding next season because it felt like they kept hitting the same beats with trying to take down that one vampire for like the last three episodes.
What’s a meager star to a 514 year old vampire?
This a bar but cmon, the Sun is a billion years old
