Landlords are definitely in a parasitic relationship with the rest of society. They produce nothing of value themselves and provide no useful skill, labor, or talent, and get paid an inordinate amount of money just for owning real-estate that they didn’t even help to produce. They give nothing to society and yet take so much.
The landlord takes advantage of the proletariat within every society and must be removed by any and all means necessary. The property of landlords must be removed from their possession by the people in order to enact communal living (ktt2.com/my-theory-on-communal-living-92821) Most of your paycheck is taken by the landlord and whenever you falter they take away your basic right to shelter.
slum lords are the problem
there is nothing wrong with some family renting out a property to someone else
In America today, there are six empty houses per homeless person, and this is in no small part due to landlords hoarding access to a basic necessity for life. There’s more housing than needed for every American to live with dignity and security, but taking care of the downtrodden isn’t profitable, so we have landlords.
Would rent control and enforced standards for landlords not fix the issues?

no we must erase the landlord from society

Why?
Gov could buy these empty houses for state housing too, but they dont give a s***.
Problem is government, no?
Wants vs needs
Considering shelter is a need, the prices are usually pretty ridiculous.
We should give op that much.

both are the problem.
property should belong to the people, those who actually contribute and create the wealth within society but receive the least (working class)

Once the mortgage is paid, it does kind of belong to ppl.
Theres still land tax n s***, but it is treated as a possession.
They produce nothing of value and give nothing to society? How about apartments and homes?
The property of landlords must be removed from their possession by the people? Okay so get together and buy it from them. Then you can be the landlord.

no. we must seize the holdings of the landlord by force and redistribute the property to the tenets. And by forcing people to give up most of their paycheck for something that shouldn't cost anything (shelter) they create a system in which they rob the proletariat of cash and resources.
