Yeah, they'd still be making a profit off housing

    What's bad about that?

It just sounds like you are trying to argue man.

I'm understanding what he is saying now. Its just about not taking advantage of people at it's root.

Landlords may pay for developments by supplying the demand for the houses. But that's assuming a landlord would be the individual to buy the property.

The issue is just exploting people

i dont think yall know what exploiting means

  • nocomment

do you think thats not possible?

Stay at home in your free fully furnished house, get that trump bucks stimulus cheque, have everything provided for you, ah that's the life

    its p simple

until the formation of a communist society and the abolishment of the state, the state should oversee housing, especially since it is such a large scale effort

does that mean everyone lives in government housing? no. we already have tons of people occupying houses.

So basically no one should make any profit beyond their own living expenses

Any dollar beyond what your food, shelter, health cost should go to someone else

    right?

Imagine if it was optional to slave at your job for 40 hours though?
You know how rich people get into all sorts of weird hobbies? They can do so because they have the time. We have to pay to live. When it's in the economy's best interest that we're alive..

If you have enough money to control the cost of housing in an area you can force the individuals in that community to only be able to afford to rent the houses.

The more money you have the easier it is for you to do that. Causing a larger wage gap and more discontent within the lower classes. To a point where people are pushing for a capitalistic state.

Why should people need to pay to not be homeless just so you can sit back and count money?

Landlords are definitely in a parasitic relationship with the rest of society. They produce nothing of value themselves and provide no useful skill, labor, or talent, and get paid an inordinate amount of money just for owning real-estate that they didn’t even help to produce. They give nothing to society and yet take so much.
The landlord takes advantage of the proletariat within every society and must be removed by any and all means necessary. The property of landlords must be removed from their possession by the people in order to enact communal living (https://ktt2.com/my-theory-on-communal-living-92821) Most of your paycheck is taken by the landlord and whenever you falter they take away your basic right to shelter.

bro shut your poor ass up communist motherfucker

I did reply to you, you f***ing idiot.

its a simple ass concept lmfao. yes, a house is more than a shelter, but a house still remains a shelter. why is this hard to understand?

And if you want to use the cave argument (because you're an idiot), then its p simple, again.

everyone is, by the simple fact they are a human being, entitled to a minimum standard of living, so that includes a home, roof over their head, four walls, up to date in terms of safety etc.,
