No. I said the government could easily finance the building of socialized housing in order to give housing to the homeless, as well as for anyone who might prefer to live in it.

Personal property can turn into private property and then back to personal againI own a car and use it for personal use. My friend asks me to use my car to go to the store and I let him. Another friend asks me to borrow it for a week and I tell him he can pay me $200 to use it
The point is.. even if all housing were free, there would still be a housing market that comes up within free housing. I could paint or renovate my room all different types of ways and then people pay me a fee to come live at my place instead of theirs

Cutting it down by a fraction would be a good middle ground
