Better than El Dorado & Shrek?
El Dorado is hilarious and Shrek 2 is amazing.
But Prince of Egypt is by far the best Dreamworks pic.

Nov 5, 2022legit had no idea this was DreamWorks nor that it had the crazy cast it has wow.
This was a film i saw tons of times as a kid and still 100% remember, but it's been a probably since the late 2000's i haven't seen this. Might even have a dvd lying around the basement

all done perfectlywhat makes it so incredible is how it manages to faithfully adapt the story of the Exodus in less than 2 hours and the creative liberties that are taken actually make sense for the film. They are nor blasphemous or offensive the way some of the changes in Ridley Scotts adaptarion feel. It isnt preachy at all and it can still connect with atheists

No Elton John did Eldorado. Hans Zimmer and some other singers that aren't really too well known (far as I know)did it. Soundtrack is phenomenal though
