It is said K.Dot scrapped 3 albums worth of material before dropping the final version of GKMC.Abel would have to be a stupid sheep to have a good album in his hands (dark or not), and scrap it just because his label said so. If I was him in that situation I would keep it in my personal vault, until my words have more weight in the label, or better yet, when I go independent after the 7th album. However long it may take, 3 years or 13 years.

It wasn’t like he was forced to do it by label, it was his decision too and he did have reasons for that.
I do personally think it was miles ahead of BBTM tho
