During the NYC Kiss Land Show in 2013 he said he was gonna record his next album in New York and Seattle so plans were in place as soon as Kiss Land dropped

Always thought it was a shame he didn’t follow through on it. Obviously hard to argue with the path he took in terms of sales and fame but this timeline would have been so much cooler I think

No I love it too, really cool to see Abel do more punk style vocals but yeah every album would have been polarizing if he continued down that road. I still think long term that would be the better move even seeing how much Kiss Land has grown in reputation since 2013. I really liked hearing him re-invent in every album and even tho he does that to an extent now, it’s not as drastic as Kiss Land to this would have been

I would like to hear the ideas they had for a full fleshed out album,but I think id enjoy the progression hes had with Starboy and MDM than a full album like this.

I really wonder where he goes after AH.
Such a phenomenal return to form with 0 misses.
I want him to take his time and keep improving on AH

Hopefully he does something completely different next album. I love the pop sound, but I think it could eventually become redundant.

Starboy felt rushed after BBTM.
I actually like that album,but if he took a year more to refine it,it definitely would've got a better reception.

Hes older,more mature now,and I think he knows(from the variety interview) that his sound is going to keep evolving.

Im really excited about the kiss land praise,hopefully he gets some creative kick out of it.

insomnia was fire i used to listen to that s*** a lot just thinking like damnnn i wish it got made but...even some of the coolest ideas get left in the dust when u end up taking a different direction, on the cutting room floor or whatever u wanna call it
