    In Europe shopping carts work with coins. You need to put 50 cents or 1€ to get it and then when you put it back you're able to get the coin back. So if you don't return the cart you lose money lol.

    It's not inconvenient because it's literally there job to do it

    I've been in a Lot Associate position before if there's no work to do your not productive and I got sh*t from the manager for not doing anything
