Latest update seems to have fixed the crashes
My save was still intact as well and my cat was able to get a promotion without the game crashing.
This game is genuinely amazing. I'm amazed at the details and depth. They don't make em like this anymore.
Animal Crossing ain't s*** compared to this.
I'm gonna be addicted. My goal is to design a full ass McMansion and then move my Sim in.
Bagged a bad b****
Learned she was a business tycoon
Woohooed her all night
Next day she put in a good word and I became president of the company
This game is hilarious
Asked her to move in and her aspiration is to become mayor.
She gets picked up helicopter
Sims
Yea I'm taking a break from this game lol. I already got my two sims to "Platinum Aspiration." Been having fun designing my house but now it's getting kinda full.
Next I'm gonna make my McMansion but I need a brain break. There's so much detail you can put.
I learned a bit about modding which is a lot easier than I thought and modders have fixed a lot of issues I had with the game so it's kinda wild these things have already been out there for so long.
Having a huge selection of items I can grab and simply copy paste is great so yea I gotta learn more about organizing that all. The mods for this game are wild.
I took hella screenshots and I'm gonna post them all.
I think the most impressive thing to me in this game is the mirrors. I don't think I've seen a game this old with such great reflections.
in, gonna play these rereleases soon
sims 3 with mods is still the best experience in the series correct?

Idk if sims 4 has mods to fix it, but an issue I had with sims 4, was your neighbors don’t progress, and don’t age unless you play them. So you can see your sim get old, have kids, etc and your neighbors gone stay the same after all that time. It’s one of the things that kinda killed the game for me when I played.
Iirc, sims 3 doesn’t do this. Neighbors n people in your neighborhood/town will age and die as time goes on.

yeah that’s what I heard, that 3 is way better when it comes to the whole town progressing simultaneously
