For example, Snoop is a legend, and he dropped two trash projects just this year alone, yet people say Snoop is rich and he just raps for fun at this point so it's ok. When Em drops a bad album people act like it's the end of the world and other legends never dropped mid.

you are comparing apples to oranges and disregarding the entire history of hip-hop.

snoop at his peak, and even today, defines a f***ing culture. the entire west coast sound is f***ing incomplete without snoop. snoop's impacts and influences music in general. eminem's influences individual rappers like joyner lucas and f***ing hopsin.

snoop pioneered a sound, style & cultural zeitgeist. eminem pioneered technique. those are not the same thing and most certainly do not hold the same weight.

just being cold on the mic for your own sake isn't enough. you have to have created a mark in the culture for you to have the privilege to drop mid and still be a legend.

It's just funny to me how you guys b**** about Em every week XD. Do you know when he dropped his last album? A whole year ago, and it was just a deluxe, the album is even older. Yet we have multiple threads every week b****ing about Em lol

Em is a better goat than Snoop. That is pretty obvious.

What I'm saying is that when a legend drops mid, people say it's ok cause they rich anyway, but when Em f***s up, it's unforgivable.

The whole Em hasn't had a good album in 10 years thing is also funny.
