So many theories! Go peep some YouTube videos about it like type in sopranos ending. There’s some really cool takes on it all
The creator never wanted to outwardly explain it and tell exactly what happened
But last year he did accidentally reveal that in the script or something, it literally says that Tony got shot
earlier in 6b, I think at the start, Bobby talks about if he wonders when you die everything just turns black. Which is exactly what happened. Someone went in the bathroom (godfather type s\*\*\*, getting a gun from the toilet maybe) and shot Tony from behind
also i think about his mother saying “It’s all a big nothing”
