This isnt like the MCU where every DC movie is connected.

WB cancelled that after JL flopped.

I can see Batman and Joaquin's Joker in the same universe. Would be dope concidering what happens in the Joker movie.

That being said, I dont see how or why the SS movie gotta connect to Batman/Joker.

It could be its own thing really...doesnt need to be connected to anything.

I mean it’s way easier to write a SS sequel than a MoS sequel

Also for the millionth time Joker is not in the DCEU and Batman is not connected to Joaquin Joker, simple as that

Superman has countless enemies and comics that he could've transitioned into film instead of doing another movie full of characters no one really cares about.

But, I guess that's his shtick.

He does but Superman hasn't been received well by the masses since Reeve. There hasn't been a Superman film that everyone loves since Superman II. This is coming from someone who thinks Man of Steel is top 3 DCEU

Superman on comics is a total different picture than Superman live action, he’s overpowered as f***, it doesn’t matter how much villains he got or how much good comic book he has etc

Okay, but that isn't an excuse as to why there isn't a new movie being made.

They'll always underpower or overpower these characters in the movies whenever they choose to.

I adore MoS and would be the first to jump at another Supe movie but it’s not a given easy task for anyone and it’s also an important priority to cover with great legacy unlike SS where you can only pick it up

It’s nice to know Gunn was offered MoS 2 as it shows the studio are pushing it but also to someone who actually has worked with Snyder, so there’s some respect or will of continuity whatnot

Sucks because there are so many great Supes stories to tell out there, and Cavill is legitimately the Superman in all aspects. Smh
