Gilmore has not been playing at a dpoy level this year

i mean if they can get a 1st for gilmore i woudnt be mad. but I wouldnt mind seeing him be part of the 2021 and 2022 seasons. he's 30, I think he'll still be really good at age 31 and 32

He has not been playing well at all. Even dating back to the Raiders game he made some throws that could have easily been intercepted. But at the same time the talent gap between him and Stidham/Hoyer is so wide, what else can you do? Stidham is so frustrating to watch because (hypothetically) he has the physical tools, and he has more of a mental command of what he’s supposed to do with the offense, but he’s so damn loose with the football.

Yeah, sadly I agree the Gil hasn't been good enough to be worth holding onto instead of trading for a 1st. Idk about a 2nd tho
