Top 3 CuDi project with the other Man On The Moon's. Scott did it imo. This album doesn't get old to me. Has great raps, hooks and production. Touches on all aspects of his sound. Having songs like Elsies Baby Boy, Lovin Me on an album with songs like Show Out and Heaven On Earth is a perfect example of how diverse the album is. First half has a ton of energy. Probably the most banging music CuDi's ever made then the last half is a lot more introspective and emotional then the first half and gives CuDi fans that are into that side of him what he wants.

I get some people who don't feel the Travis sound/influence but for me being a fan of Travis as well I love it. Nothing but good things to say about this album few months later. Thought by now some of it what get old but still sounds fresh to me

Please tell me how the first half of the album is forgettable and generic?

This album never gets old

The "PPDS is the true MOTMIII" narrative is so tired. There's a reason Cudi gave one project that title over the other, let's respect it.

Same people were crying for motm3 when ppds was announced too lol.
This is why I didn’t care if cudi didn’t wanna drop motm3 because I would’ve understood why.

No matter how good it is for some people it still wouldn’t be enough.

Like dr Dre not wanting to drop detox because he knows it’ll never live up to the hype.

Cudi has had fans with this problem his whole career partially why people never shut the Fuc up about motm3 for almost a whole decade. He could drop a good project but it was always “where’s motm tho”.

But Alex there’s not enough spacey sound effects and synths to add to his verses so he’s clearly rapping like someone from Atlanta

Is this as good as the first two? Nah, but the first two are classic albums and it definitely is unique in the trilogy and it stands out as a great piece of work

Solo Dolo 3 still goes hard

It's better to have 3 different albums, than 3 albums that look alike.
I love Cudi for that
