he sounded so heartbroken

I'm looking at the tour dates and so far, it's 20 shows spaced out well enough but the voice is very unpredictable. The tiniest thing can f*** your vocals up as a singer. He was probably good to go physically but the voice just wasn't there. Good call on his part ending the show and not making things worse for himself by trying to push through it.
