There are no skips
I skip the tyler track but ill probably like it when i give it a few proper listens
Just finished listening. I’m a huge fan and The Weeknd is my favorite artist of all time.
So with that said, Goddamn this album was disappointing. He leaned way too hard into the concept of the album. He said it’s sposed to play as a radio show that plays while you’re in purgatory after dying, helping you transition to the other side. And that’s exactly how it sounds, it’s all like….elevator music. There’s no hits here except Take My Breath. This is his most different album he ever did, but that’s not necessarily a good thing in this case. I’ll have to give it a few more spins but Goddamn there’s like zero replay value here. Idk what this mf was thinking wit this one. It reminds me of one of those over the top artsy movies that stick to an aesthetic and concept too hard, to the detriment of the actual movie and storyline. Like yea you delivered exactly what you said the concept was, but did it make for a good album? Eh.
Avi?
Facts. But Kiss Land (track not album) and Professional s*** all over this let’s be real.
Still, I love the album. It’s great!!!!
Add adaptation and love in the sky to it
Where does he go from now? Takin acid next ?
He needs a dramatic turn back into nonchalant d***gy weeknd on his unhealthy coping s***

Nah let it be something unpredictable. This would be like Kanye coming back to soul sampling after MBDTF.
