So many possible meanings tbh:
Movie - obsessive fan always finding a way (Misery was based around this)
Death of The Weeknd - people always finding a way to hate - cancellation, not liking ‘pop’ weeknd
His vices - d****, sex, women, always finding a way back into his life

Or if you want to go very schizo and conspiracy theory: the illuminati always finding a way - thats why his mama told him it’ll never be the same even when he prays
