i warned y'all this would happen, i was jumped and called negative nancy. debuting live never pans out well. imagine if we heard the live BL first. that beat cut out in the 2nd verse, the switch up on the "hit the road in overdrive", the high note in the outro.
I don't think debuting live isn't that great of an idea either, but I typically like studio versions wayyyyy more than live performances so I'm not one to have this strain of "demoitis'

Scared To Live studio version is better than the SNL performance though overall. Perhaps the only thing the live version has the upper hand on is OPNâs extra synths

Every Weeknd release is the same
He announces an album > He drops a pop single made to hit the charts > People come here and complain the song is too pop > The album drops, the song fits the sequencing and months later when the song is at the peak of popularity everybody pretends that nothing happened

Yup, and we ainât getting the stadium teaser song until then
The max Martin tracks have been my favorite of the trilogy so far. Hardest to love, scared to live, less than zero and now a new gem

Did Fantano actually like DITF?
said it was fine, not groundbreaking by abel's standards
this obsession with the past when it comes to sounds rather than creating a future sound of your own does a lot of producers in
Dunno if itâs been said but sounds like whatever song goes with this clip comes right after ditf on the track list cause you can hear the same burning noise at the end of ditf
